The Maintenance Project Management Department uses multiple documents to initiate the project lifecycle. The documents most commonly used in this process are found below.

Please note: at the initiation of all projects, contractors and design professionals must supply an up-to-date Certificate of Insurance, along with E-Verify affidavits for every subcontractor working on campus.
