The Operations and Maintenance Department is responsible for structural, mechanical and electrical building operations, preventative maintenance, routine maintenance and repair, operations and maintenance of campus steam, water, gas, sewer and electrical utility distribution systems. This department is also responsible to provide manpower to the Construction Department and work order reception for the Facilities Management Division. Work is performed through 18 skilled trade shops.
